Day #4: Inns and Chikkin

Today I got this done:
- There's an inn in town
- There's an innkeeper in the inn
- There's a cellar below the inn
- There's a lot of rats in that cellar
- You can buy chikkin from the innkeeper
- You can trade rat tails for a sewer key
- You can eat chikkin to restore health
