Shuffle! That! Board!

This is a relatively minor change (technically speaking) but quite impactful for gameplay.

Once per level, you can shuffle the board.

You can be strategic about it. You can wait for the end. You can do it immediately. It provides an important meta-game "interesting choice" that should enrich gameplay.
