Sparkle and Bux and Coaches and Trainers

You can now visit a life coach, who will restore yer confidence.

You now earn Bux (the in-game currency) and Sparkle (its XP) when you defeat a rival in a dance-off!

You can also spend the Sparkle at a Confidence Trainer in a town to increase yer Confidence.

I reversed my decision on allowing the player to keep moving around when they have no confidence. They can move, but cannot participate in dance offs.

There is also now a mechanism by which some confidence and uses of dance moves may be restored.
